Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of AudioHub, operated at audiohub.live and related subdomains (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, publishing a profile, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
AudioHub is a micro-SaaS link-in-bio platform designed for international musical artists. It lets you create a public artist page with branding, text links, and (depending on your plan) an audio player, schedule/tour dates, merchandise showcase, custom theme options, and analytics.
Public pages may be available at a profile URL on audiohub.live (for example via a dedicated artist subdomain or path associated with your chosen slug). Free-plan public pages may display a platform advertisement banner; Pro plans remove that large banner and keep a subtler AudioHub footer credit.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Keeping your account email and profile information accurate and up to date.
- Choosing a unique artist slug that does not infringe third-party rights or impersonate others.
4. Plans, subscriptions, and billing
AudioHub offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is billed at $19 USD per month (unless a different amount is shown at checkout) and processed by Stripe via Laravel Cashier. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period.
Pro unlocks features such as the audio player, schedule/tour section, merchandise vitrine, custom theme variables, removal of the large free-plan ad banner, and access to analytics tooling. We may also grant Pro access manually (for example, via an administrative premium grant). Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment processor’s policies.
Prices are in United States dollars (USD). Taxes may apply depending on your location and payment provider rules.
5. Acceptable use and artist content
You retain ownership of content you upload (music, images, text, merch details, links, and similar materials).
By uploading content, you grant AudioHub a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, cache, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service (including generating temporary signed URLs for private audio files).
You agree not to use AudioHub to:
- Upload or stream music or other copyrighted works without the rights needed to do so.
- Infringe trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
- Distribute malware, spam, phishing, or misleading content.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or non-public data.
- Bypass plan limits, ad-display rules, or security controls.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You are solely responsible for any outbound links (streaming platforms, ticket sellers, merch stores, social profiles, etc.) and for fulfillment of products or services sold through those links. AudioHub is not a party to transactions between you and your fans.
6. Intellectual property of AudioHub
The AudioHub name, logo, product design, software, and branding remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform except as expressly permitted by law.
7. Availability, storage, and third-party services
We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Media may be stored on local storage in development and on S3-compatible object storage (such as Cloudflare R2) in production. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may rely on email and infrastructure providers to deliver the Service.
8. Analytics on public pages
Public artist pages may record aggregated usage events (such as page views, link clicks, ticket/merch clicks, and track plays) so artists can understand audience engagement. Visitor identifiers may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy and cookie notice.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, infringe rights, or harm the platform or other users. You may delete your account from account settings. Upon deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements (for example, billing records).
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudioHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to AudioHub for Pro in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) USD $19.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
